ErÇavdar Construction (Turkey) and Eply Handels GmbH (Germany) have established a project-based consortium, uniting field-proven engineering with international supply and representation expertise specifically for ANFO production facility projects.

The consortium structure covers the full project lifecycle — engineering design, civil and structural works, process and mechanical systems, automation, safety, commissioning, and handover — with defined responsibility between both partners at every phase.

AN Reception & Storage

Ammonium nitrate received in 1-ton big bags, stored in controlled safety zones up to 8,000 ton capacity.

Fuel Oil Dosing

Precision closed-circuit fuel oil dosing from a 500-ton instrumented CrNi tank with continuous monitoring.

Continuous Mixing

Homogeneous ANFO blending via locked recipes ensuring stable density, repeatable performance, and process safety.

Packaging & Palletizing

Automated 25 kg bag filling with robotic arm, sausage-type packaging at 90 mm × 1.5 m, and auto-palletizing.
